With the general partner's balance sheet currently exceeding $2M in assets, Altus is poised to embark on a communal based investment model which allows for greater growth and success. The top tier Vancouver market developments are highly scrutinized; and land costs are folded into Altus Investments without a lift, to ensure that investors are participating in an equalized environment with the underlying real estate as security.When Altus is capitalized, the value proposition of expedited decision making yields a significant advantage when contending with sellers wishing to divest.
